By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy and the Arbitration Agreement below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Orders
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Bashed. We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is submitted. We may cancel or refuse orders and limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, or shipping address.
If an order is canceled after submission, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Product pricing, availability, and descriptions may change at any time without notice.
Account Information
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Mobile Messaging Terms (If Applicable)
If you opt in to Bashed text messaging programs, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages to the number you provide. Messages may be sent via automated technology and may include promotional or transactional content.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of SMS-related personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
User Content
We may allow posting of reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Bashed a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose, without compensation to you.
You represent that you own or control the rights to any User Content you submit and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of others. User Content is not confidential, and you should not submit ideas or materials you wish to remain private or for which you expect compensation.

Copyright Complaints
